Our Head Chef Gérald

Originally from Carmaux, he left his Midi-Pyrénées region to settle in the Haute Savoie, in the mountains. He attended a CP Cuisine in an apprenticeship contract in a traditional restaurant.

For him it is simple the more effort he puts in, the more you'll get. The happier you'll be, the more he will be too.

He has a passion for cooking and gains great personal satisfaction when people enjoy his food. He only works with the freshest ingredients and loves colorful plates! His soups are to die for. Everything here is homemade.

All birthdays are celebrated during your school trip or winter/summer camp. Simply warn us and Gérald will offer you a magnificient cake adapted to the season or according to it's inspiration of the day: pirate cake, mountain decor cake, playmobil cake and many others..
